We invite you to enjoy the virtual Cook-Alongs or Cooking Videos, and then visit us in Arizona when “the time is right” for in-person cooking events or retreats.

- Local Farmers Seasonal Produce. Participants cook a few simple, tasty recipes with local Arizona farmers produce, herbs, and edible flowers.
- Cook-Along or Cook Later. Participants Cook-along with the Live Stream (2.5 hours) or watch a Video (30-40 minutes) and create recipes after viewing the video.
- Experience Nutrition Food Kit. Participants receive Plant-Based Food Kit, with local farmers’ produce, herbs, recipe guide, key cooking ingredients, kitchen tools, aprons and cutting boards.
