In light of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Experience Nutrition is honored to offer plant-based healthy eating and cooking programs virtually from a distance.

We invite you to enjoy the virtual Cook-Alongs or Cooking Videos, and then visit us in Arizona when “the time is right” for in-person cooking events or retreats.

Hosted by Plant-Based Culinary Leader, Melanie Albert, award-winning cookbook author, speaker, cooking experience and retreat host, artisan caterer, and Founder & CEO of Experience Nutrition.



NEW VIRTUAL: Video and Live Stream Cook-Along Programs

  • Engaging Online Cooking. Interactive, fun plant-based cooking for group activities and team building.
  • Local Farmers Seasonal Produce. Participants cook a few simple, tasty recipes with local Arizona farmers produce, herbs, and edible flowers.
  • Cook-Along or Cook Later. Participants Cook-along with the Live Stream (2.5 hours) or watch a Video (30-40 minutes) and create recipes after viewing the video.
  • Experience Nutrition Food Kit. Participants receive Plant-Based Food Kit, with local farmers’ produce, herbs, recipe guide, key cooking ingredients, kitchen tools, aprons and cutting boards.
  • Healthy Eating Cookbooks. “A New View of Healthy Eating” by Melanie Albert or New Cookbook coming soon: Plant-Based Farm-to-Table Food Art Cookbook.
  • Private Facebook Group. Participants share their culinary creations and ask questions around healthy eating and plant-based culinary.
